There are a large number of price increases.
All increases are in bold, red print so they can be readily seen.
Most Fashenhues brand products are petroleum based.
As everyone is aware, petroleum prices have skyrocketed.
Despite this, we last raised prices in January, 2007 in good part because we had a substantial inventory purchased prior to the market we now find ourselves facing.
If we were to pass on the entire increase we have experienced, we would have priced ourselves out of the market. We value our customers and have therefore only passed on a portion of the price increases, with Clay Arts, Inc. absorbing the remainder. We sincerely hope these prices will remain constant at least through the end of 2008. We have again purchased substantial quantities of raw materials so we should not be affected until that time.
